Andre J. van Rensburg
CCIM, ALC, CIPS
President/Broker

Andre
J. van Rensburg CCIM, ALC, CIPS was born in South Africa
and has been living in the United States
since 1999. He
is a USA citizen. He holds a law degree and a post - graduate
qualification in Real Estate Development.
He
has been a Court Appointed Appraiser in
South Africa
since 1992, and further holds business management
and auctioneering diplomas.
Mr. van Rensburg has specialized exclusively in commercial
real estate for the last 23 years. He
has been the CEO and shareholder of various
private companies in South Africa, including Steer & Co Commercial in Cape Town, which is the oldest real estate corporation in
South Africa (Established in 1879).
He has developed a number of office and
retail properties in Saint John's county and
internationally.
Mr. van Rensburg is the president elect for the
Commercial Board of Realtors of Saint John's
County. He is the technology chair and the
VP elect for the North Florida Chapter of CCIM.
Mr. van Rensburg has been invited to join
the cadre of instructors for the prestigious CCIM
Institute. The CCIM designation is internationally
recognized as the Ph.D of commercial real estate. He is also
a licensed instructor with the Realtor's Land
Institute.
He is a Paul Harris fellow and member
of the Saint Augustine Sunrise Rotary Club.

K. Way

Christopher
K Way has been a resident of St. Augustine for
most of his life and graduated at St
Augustine High School in 1974. He brings extensive
hands on business experience to his partnership in
Steer Commercial Realty through his many entrepreneurial
endeavors. He has owned and operated the Barnacle
Bills Seafood Houses since 1983. During the last
22 years, he has owned and operated as many as
five restaurants and a successful catering
company. He is also the founder of Dat'l Do-It Hot
Sauces. This company founded in 1983 currently
produces a line of gourmet sauces and food related
gift sets that are distributed throughout the USA.
Dat'l Do-It 's customers include the major grocery
chains including Wal-Mart, Target etc. Steer
Commercial Realty is happy to have Chris on Board
with his extensive business background and his
life long knowledge of St Augustine area and its people.

Buckmaster CCIM

Robert
Buckmaster, CCIM, specializes in the sale of
warehouse and office properties in addition to
advising clients on land assemblage and development
in Northeast Florida. Buckmaster has been advising
clients in the sale and disposition of commercial
properties since 1991, securing more than $140
million in transaction volume.
During his career, Buckmaster has specialized in
historical districts, bed and breakfast properties,
motels, restaurants, and new site development.
Prior to entering the real estate industry
Buckmaster’s educational focuses centered on
Computer Science and programming. His knowledge and
interest in technology lead him to the United States
Navy where he served as a data processor and
programmer. He also provided vital computer and
communication support to the governments Drug
Interdiction Task Force headquartered out of Key
West Florida.
Buckmaster has earned the prestigious Certified
Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by
the CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation is awarded
to commercial real estate professionals upon
completion of a graduate-level curriculum and
attainment of a level of qualifying experience.

Amy Taylor is a
St. Augustine native. Her family has been in
business and commercial contracting for over 50
years. This experience has provided Amy with a
unique perspective that enables her to provide a
high level of customer service. Amy also brings to
Steer Commercial Realty many years of accounting
and customer service experience.
As a licensed
Real Estate Broker, Amy has the knowledge and
background to assist her customers in any real
estate transaction.
Amy's extensive
knowledge of the St. Augustine community, strong
work ethic, creativity and attention to detail and
the needs of her customers make her a great choice
to market your property or to find you a new
location.

Chris
is originally from Waukesha,
Wisconsin
but
moved to St.
Augustine
to
attend Flagler
College
from
which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Business Administration and a minor in Pre-Law.
He was an active member of student government
as well as the Society for the Advancement of
Management during his time there.
Chris is a member of the Saint Johns County
Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
and prides himself on his customer service.

Cary R. Fourman

Cary
Fourman is a resident of St. Johns County
and has lived in Florida since 1975. He
earned a degree in business from the University of
Central Florida, where he graduated with honors.
In addition to holding his Real Estate Sales
Associate license, Cary has been a Certified
Public Accountant since 1995. He spent four years
as an auditor with Deloitte and Touche. After
leaving Deloitte and Touche Cary spent three years
in the field of mergers and acquisitions, managing
a due diligence team on the acquisition of
companies with over $400 million in combined
annual revenue. Cary currently specializes in
commercial and industrial real estate investment.
