The docking facility consists of a 210’ fixed pier with a floating dock section at the terminal end.  (2) 2,000 gallon diesel tanks with pressure pumps for fueling with fuel and water pistons on the pier.  The property is powered by (2) 60 kilowatt diesel generators.  Water and water pressure is gravity induced from a natural spring atop the mountain.
